SUSTAIN
Over these last 10 days together we begin to answer the questions: What next? Where do I go from here? Do I really have what I need to stick to this daily practice thing?
Short answer: YES.
Absolutely. (And you also have access to all of this content “for a year” / for as long as it’s up on my website. So a long, long time!
We’ll approach the theme of Sustain with the simple starting premise that “what we do most of the time is what matters.”
Let’s bring that to life with …

IGNITE
Over the next 10 days together, we’ll explore what cultivating a sustainable inner fire can look and feel like.
Which is why this content will slowly build here over the course of the next few days. I’ll explain more in our next group live on Day 22. Link to the zoom below.
Let’s begin with …

DISSOLVE
A CONVERSATION:
Our 10 day cycle of dissolution is an invitation to begin to worth with what we’re noticing after our first 10 days of settling in (and perhaps a whole lot of things we’ve yet to see or admit to seeing :)) and begin to do the work of letting go, releasing, shifting, stopping, allowing, making a different choice, and more.
Or perhaps to simply and importantly continue refining the art of paying attention, of noticing what it is we’re working with, where we might be blocked or constricted or playing too small or working with parameters and habits and people that no longer serve us. Without needing yet to do a damn thing about it.
“You’ll do a thing until you don’t,” a teacher of mine once graciously gifted me.
So none of this is about feeling bad about what we’re working with or beating ourselves up or needing to improve. It’s a deepening act of seeing and beginning to remember we have choices.
Many of our meditations during these 10 days work with a place where many of us have fertile dissolution work to do: our minds. Together, we’ll work with the thoughts, the storylines, the patterns, and the rabbit holes.
Let’s start here.
The Ultimate Practice to Embody Dissolution
This is a gift from another teacher of mine, Shiva Rea. Some of us have done this together many times before. And yet, I find, it’s completely new each time.
This is not a “squeeze it in” kind of practice (nothing wrong with that! revisit one of the Arrive videos for something simpler and more straightforward!).
I’d carve out a full 90 minutes or two hours for this practice to give yourself space before, during, and after.
And this is very likely a practice you’ll only visit once during these 40 days (and come back to at future threshold moments, birthdays, changes of seasons, etc.).
I’ll let the video and the practice say the rest!

ARRIVE
A Conversation:
Our first 10 days are all about settling into this moment in our lives, what our practice allows us to notice, and simply being here together.
Have a listen to our first audio conversation in the same way you might a podcast — chopping vegetables in the evening, driving somewhere, taking a walk — however you’d love to listen. Hopefully something you hear will linger and you can take it with you into the rest of these 10 days.
Two simple, bread-and-butter yoga practices to bookend your day:
30 minute AM Yoga
30 minute PM Yoga
Use these as blueprints and make them your own.
