Day 36: Sustain

As we begin our last week together, for now, a natural question emerges:

What happens next?

This week is all about helping you put together the pieces of your own daily practice, using the 40 Early Morning blueprint and tweaking it in a way that suits your lifestyle in this moment. (Your practice will evolve as you do, bit by bit and slowly over time. You don’t need to force it or just react to that antsy feeling for change — just keep listening to your practice and it will reveal how it needs to shift to continue to support you. I promise you.)

Each of these last 40 days together, you can choose the meditation that suits you best. Whether it was your “favorite” or the one that challenged you the most.

Remember, practice is never about a perfect. Think of all of these pieces as part of your practice toolkit.

As you make your choices this week, take a cue from Emily Dickinson:

“I am out with lanterns, looking for myself.”
