Somehow it’s Day 29 and we have less than two weeks left until our 40th day.

11 days.

For a non-action-item-checking-boxes program creator, I’m actually going to ask you to do a very action-oriented-item thing today.

11 days!

A container for … something (everything?!?! the stubborn over-achiever in me wonders…).

What is it for you?

A journaling exercise (or questions to reflect on after your meditation practice today) for all of us to distill down to the small details of where we might offer our patience and attention these last 11 days together.
