I have a confession to make.

I thought I knew EXACTLY what I came here to do this round of 40 Early Mornings, in my own practice.

Even weeks before we began, I “set my intention,” as I thought to myself: “WELL, WELL, WELL. I’m going to tell my practice exactly what I want and need to get out of it this time.”

And it was this VERY specific thing.

VERY specific. And when I tell you later today what it was, I think some of you will be very surprised!

By Day 4, I was HUMBLED.

By the reminder that I’m not here to tell my practice what I need it to do.

Not how it works, it turns out ;)

Instead, I’m here to listen during my practice

I know it did for me. (Apparently, I need a big kick-in-the-butt reminder from time to time which I got this week!).

SO I’ll share that deep wisdom and add my own color by sharing the details of the big confession of what I thought I was up to here in my own practice and how it’s actually shaping up.
