In our 1:1 work together, my aim is to create a container for your self-inquiry, your growing self-understanding, and your deepening self-compassion. To become a mirror that will offer you another reference point for what's possible in your work and life and how it all fits together. Combining practices from time-tested wisdom traditions like meditation and contemplation with easy-to-use, research-backed, evidence-based mindfulness & stress management tools, you’ll cultivate an inner core of calm, move through obstacles, and claim your natural strengths, inner wisdom, & wholeness.
Here’s How We’ll Work Together:
My 1:1 programs run for 6-months.
I can guarantee you that there are no quick fixes, no 3-step magic makeovers, no “one-and-done” solutions to becoming more of who you really are (before stress, before hustle culture, before everyone else told you who you should be). 6 months is an ideal amount of time to make real change, to dig deep, and to put new mindful skills into practice. Clients often stay on longer than 6 months, continuing at our weekly pace or for monthly maintenance. Our work together is about empowering you with the tools of self-awareness, self-regulation, and self-understanding so that eventually, I promise, you won’t need me anymore.
Each session begins with a meditation, reflection, breathing exercise, or relaxation practice to ground our time together.
If you want to change the way you feel, embodiment is key.
We can’t just talk about the tools of inquiry and understanding or of stress management and mindful awareness or growing self-compassion or relaxation or “work/life balance” or moving through obstacles or unsticking stuck inner narratives about “the story of me”or even cultivating your strengths. We have to practice it — which is how we begin each session.
We use regular written reflection tools to track not “progress,” but your unfolding.
We’ll use these to collect real data points about you and your life and what we’re working on together. Because what we can see, we can name, and what we name we can begin to shape and cultivate and grow and even change. You’ll leave our time together with a written record of your story, as you rewrite it.
We meet via zoom, most weeks.
Weekly, live1:1 coaching calls via zoom anchor our time together. And it’s where you take the information and knowledge I share with you and apply it to your own lived experience to transform it into deep wisdom for yourself.
We begin each session with practice and then we move into conversation and application of the tools and techniques we’re learning together into the real life wild of your life.
These sessions are both strategic and practical. And also the chance for you to regularly create and hold sacred non-judgmental space for yourself each week. And I say most weeks, because life happens and schedules change and sometimes the work lends itself to a “week off” to integrate a particular understanding.
Your private client portal supports you in between our zooms (& beyond).
If you like “homework” — working with me might very well be for you. What we do once in a while (like a weekly coaching call) is awesome. But what we do all the time is what really matters. Your private client portal will be a curated & custom space filled with recorded audio meditations & breathing exercises, restorative yoga and relaxation videos, questions for reflection, your assessments, and other resources (books we’ll read together, podcasts to share, and more) to deepen our work together.
I create a completely custom experience for you.
In addition to your curated collection of practices and resources on your private client portal, I curate this experience just for you. Everyone has different learning styles and I create a space for you to trust your own.

My work often begins with burnout recovering and teaching you real and wise and actionable strategies for burnout prevention going forward.
It’s about gaining clarity around your real priorities. Refining the skill of wise discernment: what’s important v. what just seems urgent, what you’d choose to focus on, not what you “should.”
