WELCOME, WELCOME, WELCOME.

If we haven’t met before, I’m Catherine Zack.

I’m a corporate litigator turned meditation teacher, executive coach and speaker who helps ambitious women navigate life’s transitions with more grace — from burnout to a quiet core of calm & confidence, from climbing ladders to creating authentic success, from performing to becoming more of who they really are.

I’m currently working on my first book,
The 40 Portal.

What began as a party trick on my own 40th birthday is turning into an international & intergenerational collection of stories from women of all ages reclaiming narratives about aging and using our own voices to share what it feels like to compose a life across all the decades.

About

Cath is a seasoned meditation teacher, coach, and writer living in the Hudson Valley of Upstate New York. She’s spent the last dozen years helping people find calm in the chaos, bringing folks from burnout to balance, and leading her students on journeys of soul excavation & self-discovery.

Previously, Cath was a litigation associate at a top law firm in Washington, DC. Rather than set her sights on the partnership, she walked away from it all in search of more meaning, fulfillment, and connection in her work & less stress in her life. Stress is still her speciality — after all, Cath learned to hustle & grind with the best of them. And she’s developed her own methodology for helping lawyers better manage stress.

She’s currently working on her first book, an international & intergenerational collection of women’s voices rewriting the narrative about aging and reclaiming the stories of what it means to simple BE ourselves in each decade of our lives.

I work with women who are ready to listen for the sound of their own voice.

I see you —

You’ve spent a lifetime checking the right boxes, collecting the degrees, climbing the ladders.

And yet…

You’ve reached a moment where you’re ready to pause and look around and then inside to see, are these choices really my own? Is there a better alignment between my inner landscape & my outer reality?

If this sounds like you, let’s sit together & connect.

(I also work with women who are just plain tired, hovering somewhere on the verge or burnout, and need to catch their breath!)

I love to write. To paraphrase Joan Didion, it’s how I know what I think (and trust what I know!). I’m working on my first book, so I launched a new Substack, as a way to preview this body of work.
