About Cath


I'm a former corporate litigator turned meditation teacher and coach. After leaving Big Law in 2014, I discovered that the skills that made me successful in the courtroom weren't serving me in creating a meaningful life.

Through my studio in the Hudson Valley and virtual programs, I've helped hundreds of high-achieving women create daily practice that transforms their relationship with time, attention, and energy. My approach combines ancient wisdom with practical tools that work with Real Life.
