40 Early Mornings
re-launching in the New Year!
“How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.”
— Annie Dillard
I created 40 Early Mornings with
one mission in mind —
to distill all of my teachings and all of my best tools into one simple, yet wildly potent daily practice for you.
I know that your dreams for how your life could feel are so big and your intentions are so, so good, but that life is particularly stressful and uncertain, right now.
The thought of how you could get to where you are right now in terms of showing up for and taking care of yourself each day and where you’d like to be … can be overwhelming.
…and, if you’re being honest, some days it feels like it's just easier to maintain status quo, even if it’s not serving you all that well.
I hear you.
My MOST accessible format and price point
for 40 Early Mornings is coming in December.
I can’t WAIT to share this with you. Join the waitlist and be the first to know when it launches.
40 Early Mornings
is the opposite of a
self-improvement plan.
It's a dedicated, daily devotion of your time and energy and attention to your S E L F.
A practice is solo, single-tasking, sacred time you set aside each day — even just 5 minutes out of a busy 24 hours — for yourself, to come back to yourself.
You can show up exactly as you are — angry, excited, calm, stressed, however you feel — to check in with and take care of yourself — through movement, breath, mediation, journaling and reading, rest, and relaxation.
A practice is not about perfection.
It's about process.
Experimentation.
Think of your daily practice as your own personal laboratory for growth, self-exploration, and at times — big transformation.
Your practice is also your reference point, your own north star, a way to clear your head and your heart and free your body of all the busy-ness, the doing, the successes and the failures.
For 40 Early Mornings, we’ll practice together.
But these tools — these tools, you’ll use for a lifetime.
“40 Early Mornings gave me a sense of community I was craving, honest questions about where I was and gently reminding me that I deserved this time to myself and no matter where I was on my path or where I go, I was right where I needed to be,”

“When I first came to 40 Early Mornings, I needed a ‘reboot’ of my mindset, I was looking at mediation as another thing on my to-do list. I was honestly a little frazzled and lost before I started, I was looking to feel more grounded, and tools to help guide me through all the uncertainty of things going on in my life at that time.”
